Collectively, our team has more than 30 years experience in sales, customer service and nonprofit work, with over 10 years experience in real estate process development.

Our Founder & Lead Agent, Chip Parrish, has been professionally involved in the real estate industry for 18 years.  Five years as an investment banker in industrial real estate, five years as a residential home builder and the past eight years in residential sales and brokerage.  Chip is currently an equity partner at Keller Williams Integrity Real Estate in Cherry Creek, and he is also the  Operating Principal for Keller Williams Real Estate in Park Meadows.

All of this, along with our team’s deep commitment to continuing education, evidenced by hundreds of hours of courses, coaching and conferences, as well as teaching courses and mentoring other agents, puts us at the front of the line when it comes to understanding and protecting your best interests in real estate.
