Collectively, our team has more than 30 years experience in sales, customer service and nonprofit work, with over 10 years experience in real estate process development.
Our Founder & Lead Agent, Chip Parrish, has been professionally involved in the real estate industry for 18 years. Five years as an investment banker in industrial real estate, five years as a residential home builder and the past eight years in residential sales and brokerage.
All of this, along with our team’s deep commitment to continuing education, evidenced by hundreds of hours of courses, coaching and conferences, as well as teaching courses and mentoring other agents, puts us at the front of the line when it comes to understanding and protecting your best interests in real estate.

Chip Parrish, Founder & Realtor
Chip Parrish is the CEO and Lead Agent on the Team. As a professional Real Estate consultant, Chip is always up to speed with the ever changing market. He will always work hard to ensure that his clients have the best Real estate service and experience.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in Colorado in 2006, Chip was a home builder for seven years, and involved in investment banking before that.
Chip and his wife Heather have two young boys and have an impressive Urban Farm at their home. As an avid outdoor lover, Chip likes to fish, boat & camp as often as he can.
Heather Parrish, Founder & Director of Operations
Heather is the Director of Operations for the team. Although you may not have direct interaction with her during your real estate transaction, her commitment to the overall vision is a core driver for the team. Her work shapes the way we steward the money we earn.
Heather’s background includes leadership in both non-profit and education, with focuses on strategic planning, budget management and process development. She currently splits her time between working beside her husband Chip with SHELTER and at home with her two sweet boys and wild garden.
Arielle Coree Johnson, Realtor
Arielle is dedicated to changing lives through real estate and honoring the heartbeat in every transaction by providing exceptional service, building a sense of community with her clients and giving back to the Denver Metro and Front Range area. Arielle helps weave together her strengths & experience alongside her team to provide clients with a seamless approach to their home buying and selling experience.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in Colorado, Arielle spent 10 years in the insurance industry and prior to that built an amazing skill-set around customer service, relationship building and creative problem solving.
Arielle and her husband Mike have a beautiful daughter and are proud to call the Front Range home. As a lover of all things outdoors, you can find Arielle and her family on the many hiking and ski trails of Colorado. Jordan Sotengco, Executive Assistant
Jordan is the team’s Executive Assistant. His role and tasks are mostly behind the scenes. You may or may not have direct interaction with him during your real estate transaction, but his dedication to providing exceptional assistance to the team plays an important part in ensuring things run as seamlessly as could be.
He worked in the customer service industry for 15 years prior to joining SHELTER in 2020. His professional experience taught him the value of integrity and taking accountability.
Jordan is a dog lover. He and his partner have 4 adorable dogs. He loves nature and finds it more relaxing to be in the countryside.
