step 2 | getting pre-qualified

We can’t emphasize enough the importance of finding a good lender. We’ve seen deals fall through, get pushed back or just be a miserable process because of using a bad lender. We have worked with many over the years and have identified the best. Let us guide you through getting pre-qualified and the following home loan process while ensuring that you are comfortable both financially and emotionally while buying your new home.

 
 

 

step 3 | exploring the market

Want to see it over your lunch hour or on your way home from work? Just call. We know this is an important and exciting time. You can count on us for flexibility and a quick response when it comes to exploring the market. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to get you in to see the homes on your list right away.

We’ll be on the hunt too. We’re not just here to open doors for you; we are in the MLS daily to see what is hitting the market. We also have strong relationships with other Brokers so we know what’s coming soon. If you have a neighborhood you absolutely adore, but nothing is available, we will knock on doors to see if anyone is willing to sell.

 

 

step 4 | offer & under contract

Think you’ve found a home that’s right for you? We’ll start by providing a thorough housing comparison analysis, followed by writing a STAND OUT contract to ensure that we catch the seller’s eye. We have techniques beyond just price to protect your best interests and make your offer hard to resist.

 

 

step 5 | deadlines & paperwork

Going under contract can often seem like the hardest part of the process, but don’t worry, our team has done this many, many times before. From skillful negotiations on inspection items and appraisal issues to the emotional roller coaster you may feel, this is where we truly shine in process expertise. In addition to your agent, you will have a dedicated closing specialist to manage the closing process with you and your lender.
