Drew Barrymore has put her country house in Harrison, N.Y., back on the market, just two years after buying and renovating it. Her asking price is $4.995 million.
The nearly 12-acre estate is about 22 miles north of Manhattan, where Ms. Barrymore, a TV host and actor, has her main residence and films “The Drew Barrymore Show.” She bought the sprawling property for $4.4 million in 2024 after selling a home in the Hamptons.
The house encompasses 5,600 square feet and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-baths, along with a conservatory and several fireplaces.
There is a heated pool and a pool house with an additional bedroom and full bathroom, as well as a guest cottage with a sleeping loft and full bathroom. And there’s also a pond and stream on the gated woodsy grounds.
Kori Sassower is handling the listing at Compass.
Pete Davidson on the Move
Pete Davidson seems to be paring down his New York real estate holdings.
Mr. Davidson, an actor and comedian who appeared on “Saturday Night Live” for eight seasons, has listed his house in North Salem for $2.275 million, while at the same time he is reportedly under contract to sell a waterfront one-bedroom condo on Staten Island.
The 2,300-square-foot house, built in the 1930s, overlooks a pond. It has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus a great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a pine-paneled family room, a sauna and a wine cellar.
And there are plenty of amenities for staying in shape: There’s a cold plunge tub and a hot tub, a covered lap pool and a separate building with a gym and a game/media room.
Mr. Davidson wants to be closer to family following the birth of his daughter last December with his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, a model and actress, according to Jaclene Ginnel, the president of Ginnel Real Estate, which has the listing.
The listing agents are Muffin Dowdle and George Dambrosio of Ginnel.
A Yellow Townhouse for Pink
The Grammy Award-winning singer Pink paid $21.5 million for a Greek Revival townhouse in Greenwich Village in Manhattan.
Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore-Hart, decided to relocate to New York from California, reportedly to support her daughter, Willow Sage Hart, in her pursuit of a Broadway career.
She bought the 1849 house using a limited liability company from a trust tied to the Fonseca family, which had owned the building since the late 1950s. The house first hit the market in 2024 for $25 million.
The brick and limestone structure — painted yellow, and with a classic front stoop — is six stories high and 22 feet wide. Encompassing nearly 8,000 square feet, it has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Exterior space totals 805 square feet, which includes two terraces, a rear patio and a front yard enclosed by a wrought-iron gate.
The house has long been a haven for artists. Daniel Chester French, the sculptor best known for designing the statue of Lincoln in the memorial in Washington, moved there in the late 1880s. It was also home to Valerie Bettis, the modern dancer and choreographer who worked with stars like Rita Hayworth. She sold the place in 1957 to the Uruguayan sculptor Gonzalo Fonseca and Elizabeth Kaplan Fonseca, a painter, and they raised their family there, including the author Isabel Fonseca.
